Brief Bio:
Derrick deLay has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and was chosen by his peers as the 2005 NWPT Personal Trainer of the Year. Derrick has presented to fitness professionals from around the world. He is a fitness columnist for a regional magazine. When not training clients, Derrick can be found running, biking, or hiking with his family and friends.

Everyone I know wants to feel healthy and fit. When you take action, eat well and exercise you feel wonderful. When you feel good about yourself you are more likely to feel good about others. Taking care of yourself sets up a virtuous cycle that makes our world a friendlier, fitter, healthier place. Through teaching others how to make fitness and lifestyle choices that improve and enhance their lives, I feel like I am doing my part to make our world a better place.
