Philosophy
CHANGING BODIES, CHANGING LIVES is my motto. Our health is one of the few areas in life that we have control over. After 19 years in the fitness industry, my greatest reward has come from seeing people discover new joys in life because they have made the commitment to take care of themselves. With lifestyle being the foundation of change, my philosophy is to focus on the pillars of exercise and nutrition. I adhere to 3 elements - PEOPLE, PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLES. PEOPLE are the greatest resource. The people that you love and those that you rely on to support and guide you will always be more important than any tasks or objectives. PURPOSE refers to the motivation and direction of your goals. Let me help you determine a compelling reason to stick to your program long enough to accomplish amazing results. PRINCIPLES are the daily habits and changes you must make to accomplish those goals. I will be your accountability to ensure you follow through with the action plan. I would be honored if you would allow me to play a role in helping you achieve your PERSONAL BEST.
