Brief Bio:
Ted Schatz holds a Bachelors Degree in both Physical Activity and Exercise and Community Health. He has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years and was awarded Northwest Personal training trainer of the year 2007. For the past 5 years he has been part of the Clark College fitness advisory board helping design curriculum for Clark’s Associates of Applied Science in Fitness training. In the last year he has been instrumental in the development of a local school outreach
program helping to better physical education and turn its focus more towards life long fitness. When not Training, Ted can be found rowing his boat on Vancouver Lake and spending time reading books to his daughter Cambria.

As a trainer, I truly believe that every hour I spend with a client I am playing a part in improving their quality of life. It is not just about being physically stronger either. Exercise is one of the best relievers of stress there is. By relieving the mind and building the body, we can allow ourselves to truly enjoy our time away from the gym to the fullest.
